Religious Education Registration Forms
The forms below can be used to register your child or family for Religious Education classes. Please contact Eileen Dignazio, our Director of Religious Education, to discuss the possibilities for classes and registration.

CORE (Content Overview of Religious Education)
The "CORE Program Booklet" is designed to assist parents in understanding the Doctrines, Practices, and Prayers of the Roman Catholic Church that are taught during classes in the Our Lady of Knock Religious Education Program. Families are encouraged to review this content overview throughout the year and to discuss the importance of the included questions and prayers to their faith and lives.
